Grateful to the Lamb

Before I endeavor to write a word, I must first, at this moment, attend to His praise. For, I enter His gates with thanksgiving in my heart, and I sing my song of praise!

Shout for joy to Adonai, all the earth!
² Serve Adonai with gladness.
Enter his presence with joyful songs.

³ Be aware that Adonai is God;
it is he who made us; and we are his,
his people, the flock in his pasture.

⁴ Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
enter his courtyards with praise;
give thanks to him, and bless his name.
⁵ For Adonai is good, his grace continues forever,
and his faithfulness lasts through all generations. (Psalm 100:1-5 CJB)

I thank the Lord for the grace He bestowed upon my lowly soul. When no one stood for me, the Lord was my stay. He comforted me when friends delighted in mocking my distress; privately they slandered me. But God, who is faithful, would not let my soul see destruction, though they sought Him for my demise. Instead, He cursed them and blessed me. Amen.

In my peril, God revealed Himself to me. I thought I understood some things about His nature, but now I know how different He is from what my concept was. He showed me the error in my ways and upended what I knew about the faith. Through this un-doing, He freed me from vain traditions that tethered my soul to unfruitfulness, and now I know His name. Amen.

He is the Lion of the tribe of Judah. He is the I AM. He spoke the world into existence and will destroy it at the end of the age. Never weak. Always mighty! Never outdone. Always triumphant! I hear the sound of the abundance of rain. He will judge the world in my lifetime, through hail and fire and brimstone. Then shall we ever be with the LORD. Come LORD Yeshua. Amen.
